About Cheshire Business Coaching

Cheshire Business Coaching is the virtual home of Dave Christie, Business Coach and Mentor.

Your business is important, I know that as I am an SME just like you.

With that in mind, I put YOU and YOUR goals first when we work together. As a qualified coach I know that understanding WHY we do things, and what might happen if we do, is the simplest and quickest way to learn. So that’s how I approach coaching.

I will introduce you to new ideas and ways of thinking; setting goals to keep you on track and accountable.

Sometimes we can get so wrapped up in the day to day running of our business that we can’t see that we’ll ever have time or energy for growth. We often have the drive to succeed but can’t afford to fail – our livelihood depends on the decisions we make.

We get overwhelmed. More days pass. Which turns to weeks, months, years… and so on.

Breathe.

I’ve done the hard bit for you. I have learnt through failure, adapting and going again (plus a whole lot of reading, study and practical theory with many clients) what works.

I will open up new ways of thinking and options that suit you and your business. Showing you how to stay on track with them and the WHY behind how they will benefit and compliment your current ways of working.

There are usually just two main reasons prospective customers don’t engage with you.

You’re talking to the wrong customers.
You haven’t spoken to them in a way that evokes a positive emotive response.

Either of these reasons can cause a large drain on a business in respect of the time invested, resource used and money spent. By the time you realise, you’re out of pocket, out of energy and potentially out of time.

I will help you avoid these mistakes and tailor a plan with you for your business that gets to in front of the right customers, at the right time and with the tools required to win the business!

Ever done something because another business did it? Or spent money on an area because it works for a friend? I know I have.

Because if it works for them it will work for you, right?

Wrong.

It might work for a short time but not for long, if at all.

The piece you are missing is knowledge. You’ll not know the WHY behind their reasons, just your WHY for copying their action.

I coach my clients to gain clarity and all the information required to make decisions. More informed decisions that will ultimately lead to business growth. By understanding why something is done we are much more likely to stick to it and see results.
